Dr. Ruan O’Donnell delivered two county council organized lectures during Heritage Week; ‘The life and legacy of Wolfe Tone’ on 20 August in Letterkenny Library, Donegal, as well as ‘Michael Dwyer’ for Wicklow County Council’s ‘Dwyer 200’ symposium in Glenmalure Valley, Wicklow on 23 August.

 

O’Donnell launched his new edition of Liam Mellows and the Irish Revolution, authored by Desmond Greaves, at the UNITE Trade Union Hall, Dublin, on 5 September. The volume contains a new introduction by O’Donnell and is published by Lawrence and Wishert, London.
