A very lively and pleasant gathering of UL Law alumni took place at Mason Hayes & Curran’s Dublin office Tuesday 23rd September (evening). While Professor Friel spoke about some cutting-edge AI research he is working on, Professor McCutcheon spoke about some of the impact of the research being done in the School of Law. The Head of School , Prof Buckley then formally announced the appointment of a wonderful Adjunct Professor of Practise , Cathy Smith SC – a UL Law graduate.
