Dr Ann Marcus-Quinn recently met with Erin McGreehan TD, Chair of the Oireachtas Committee on Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, to discuss accessibility and inclusion across all levels of education.

The meeting provided an opportunity to share perspectives on how educational policy and practice can better support learners from diverse backgrounds. Deputy McGreehan expressed a strong interest in advancing inclusive education and welcomed the exchange of ideas on how to remove barriers to access.

As part of the discussion, Dr Marcus-Quinn presented a copy of the book Transforming Media Accessibility in Europe: Digital Media, Education and City Space Accessibility Contexts, which she co-edited with Krzysztof Krejtz and Carlos Duarte.
