Conor Houlihan

Conor Houlihan is a partner at DLA Piper, a global law firm with offices in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.  Conor established and leads DLA Piper’s Finance practice in Ireland and is also co-head of the firm’s Finance and Markets practice across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Conor has more than 27 years’ experience advising on a broad range of significant financing matters, including debt capital markets, securitisation and structured finance, project finance, real estate and corporate finance transactions.  Conor has worked extensively with banks, asset managers and other financial institutions and investors, and brings deep expertise in financial structuring, regulatory frameworks and governance.

Prior to his current roles, Conor headed the Banking and Capital Markets practice at Irish law firm Dillon Eustace, where he also spent a number of years managing the firm’s Tokyo office.

An alumnus of the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ, Conor holds a BA in Law and European Studies and an LLM in European and Comparative Law. He is a solicitor of the Law Society of Ireland and of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
