鈥淐ontinuing professional development has always been very important to me. Returning to academia after 16 years was a dauting process. But I quickly found out there was lots of people in the same situation as me. The help we received from the department. And the university really helped us along the way. In year two especially, when we were undertaking a piece of research. The lecturers were there to guide us and support us.鈥
