鈥淢y day-to-day role focuses primarily on the data side, but my aspiration is to move towards the digitalisation space. I did have concerns at first at signing up for a course as I鈥檓 a full-time employee, but the lecturer took a flipped classroom approach which meant I could prepare the material in my own time.
There were assignments that were very transferable to my everyday job. One was preparing a digitalisation road map that I was then able to present it to our senior leaders. The industry experience provided by the course was particularly helpful by providing us with real-life examples and painted a clearer picture of where I want to go within my own digitalisation journey.鈥
