Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Autumn 2026 postgraduate intake.

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (UL) continues to grow and refine its postgraduate offering to reflect the changing world of work and learning. The range of postgraduate programmes now open for 2026 are designed not only to support advanced academic learning, but also to build the practical and transferable skills that help graduates succeed in an evolving global landscape.

The upcoming academic year brings an exciting range of new programmes, developed in collaboration with industry and academic experts across business, technology, design and health. Each has been designed to meet a clear skills need and to give students opportunities to apply their learning directly in real-world contexts.

Among the new additions for Autumn 2026 are:

  • MSc Management (for Non-Business Graduates) – a conversion programme designed for graduates from non-business backgrounds who want to gain leadership, strategy, and management expertise that can support career progression into supervisory or managerial roles.
  • MSc Communications, Emerging Technology and Industry Practices – an innovative, cross-disciplinary programme exploring how communication and technology intersect in the modern workplace. Learners will develop practical skills in digital storytelling, AI-driven communication, and collaboration across industries.
  • Masters in Urban Design and Climate Resilience – addressing a recognised skills shortage in the design and built environment sector, this programme focuses on sustainable, climate-resilient design and aligns closely with UL’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • MSc Clinical and Community Psychology – a new addition to our health sciences portfolio, this programme prepares graduates to support mental health and wellbeing through community and clinical practice, strengthening UL’s reputation in applied psychology education.

Reflecting on the announcement, Geraldine Carroll, Assistant Vice President, Graduate and Professional Studies, said:

We’re excited to open applications for Autumn 2026 and to introduce a suite of programmes that reflect both the needs of industry and the ambitions of our students. These additions demonstrate UL’s commitment to delivering high-quality, relevant education that empowers graduates to thrive in a changing world. We look forward to welcoming another diverse and dynamic postgraduate cohort to UL next year.

Applications for all postgraduate programmes are now open.
