What does it mean for the UL community?
Introducing a new timetabling system and policy at the university offers significant benefits across technology, processes, and people.
The project will replace our legacy exam and timetabling systems with a modern, scalable, and integrated solution that enhances performance and stability while streamlining class and exam scheduling.
Automation will reduce manual workload and errors, improving efficiency for academic and administrative staff. Additionally, the new system will enhance the user experience by providing timely timetable releases and a unified interface, ultimately benefiting both staff and students.
A clear Timetable Scheduling Policy will define roles, responsibilities, and deadlines, ensuring accountability and consistency.
