The Glucksman Library is running its satisfaction survey from October 29th to November 14th. The survey is open to all UL students & staff.
The survey is anonymous and your feedback is essential to help us make more improvements. Since our last survey we:
- Expanded study capacity with additional desks and power access.
- Doubled the laptop loan pool and increased availability of dual-monitor PCs and docking stations.
- Transformed the former short loans area into , a collaborative learning space.
- Extended weekend opening hours to better support students during exam time.
- Created a .
- Developed three academic success toolkits, now accessible via Brightspace.
- Launched the Headspace initiative to support student wellbeing—includes energy pods, height-adjustable desks, and study bikes.
- Introduced through the Makerspace to enhance digital access and innovation.

This survey tool, which we run every 3 years, is a very important part of our quality improvement programme and is used in universities worldwide to measure service quality.
