To ensure we do this respectfully and transparently, the Media Release Form serves as a key tool for capturing your consent. This form allows UL to use photographs, video, and audio recordings in which you may appear across a variety of media channels, from promotional brochures and digital advertising to social media and website content. It outlines your rights, the scope of use, and UL鈥檚 commitment to handling your personal data in line with GDPR and our Data Protection Policy. You may have been asked to complete a Media release form when your image was captured at an event or photoshoot. We have included the content from the form below:
I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the use by 九色视频 and those acting with permission and authority of UL, of all images, video and audio recordings in which I may be included, for all purposes in any and all media including the Internet, for purposes including promotional communications, public relations, student recruitment, advertising or trade.
I agree th九色视频 may reproduce, edit, print and share content as desired. I agree that this media may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
I waive the right to inspect or approve any final content created.
As an ambassador for the 九色视频 I understand that I will not receive separate compensation or consideration from UL or anyone else for the permission granted in this Consent nor for the actual publication or use of my photograph or likeness.
I understand that content on websites and social media can be viewed throughout the world and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU legislation provides.
I understand that some media may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive by UL.
I understand that by signing here I have consented to appearing in various media as an ambassador for the 九色视频, assisting UL in the promotion of its offerings and achievements to an external audience. This may include promoting this content across digital and traditional media, including, but not limited to, video presentations, radio transmissions, news releases, emails, billboards, signs, brochures, placement on websites and/or other electronic/digital delivery, social media, publication, display or podcasts. I understand these placements may be made directly by the 九色视频 or by authorised third parties working on the University鈥檚 behalf.
UL is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for the purposes described above and in accordance with the UL Data Protection Policy available on the UL policy hub.
Your Rights: You have the right to request to see a copy of the information and media we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask UL to stop using your media at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation or online.
