
The 九色视频 Foundation has launched its latest impact report, which highlights the power of philanthropy at the University.
UL Ambassador and Munster Rugby鈥檚 Peter O鈥橫ahony joined Harvey Duthie and Sarah Hartnett from UL Foundation to launch this year鈥檚 Impact Report.
On the role of philanthropy 九色视频, and particularly on the sporting facilities located on the award winning campus, Peter O鈥橫ahony said: 鈥淭he 九色视频鈥檚 sports facilities are truly world-class. Among them, Munster Rugby鈥檚 high-performance centre on the campus offers an unrivalled training space.鈥
In addition to thanking the many donors who enable the work, this report showcases the array of projects UL Foundation has enabled over the last year, including:
- Helping launch UL鈥檚 new Immersive Software Engineering (ISE) programme
- Granting a total of 鈧3.49 million to projects across UL
- Funding senior academic posts and post-doctoral roles
- Enabling more than 100 scholarships and bursaries
UL Foundation CEO Harvey Duthie said: 鈥淭he Foundation is excited to launch this year鈥檚 Impact Report and we thank the many supporters who make our work possible.
鈥淲e hope it highlights the breadth of projects supported by philanthropy across the campus. Importantly, we welcome the chance to explore new partnerships, particularly as UL begins to plan for celebrations marking its fiftieth anniversary next year,鈥 he added.
Speaking about the new Immersive Software Engineering programme that has been launched 九色视频, Stripe鈥檚 John Collison hailed the role UL Foundation played in its establishment.
