Professor Elfed Lewis (ECE Department) was awarded Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) on 1^st February, 2024.   The fellowship is recognition for Professor Lewis’s research in Optical Fibre based Chemical Sensing between 1993 and the present.    Professor Lewis is also Fellow of the Institute of Physics (FInstP) and Fellow of the IET (FIET).
