All appointments must be booked in advance and made by telephoning the number above. Our phone can be very busy at times, especially from 9-11am. If the line is busy when you ring, please leave a voicemail message and we will ring you back.
Where charges apply, Paymentmust be made in advance over the phone at the time of booking the appointment.
Urgent appointments are offered to anyone who is acutely unwell, in pain or distressed. The appointment will deal with your urgent issue. You may be asked to book a separate appointment for any other issues you may have. Please leave a voicemail message if the phone line is busy when you ring and you will be given priority.
You must check yourself in for your appointment using the laptop located in the waiting room. If you do not check in, the medical team will not know that you have arrived.
When making an appointment, please state the type of appointment you wish to book e.g. doctor, contraceptive clinic, STI screen, physiotherapy etc.

Face masks are no longer mandatory in the Student Health Centre, but we request that you wear one if you have a cough, cold, or flu symptoms in order to protect our staff and other patients.
