An inclusive module outline goes beyond listing readings and deadlines - it establishes the tone for the learning environment and communicates values of equity, respect, accessibility, and care. The AHSS Inclusive Module Outline Template is designed to enhance transparency in expectations, assessment, communication, and feedback so that all students can participate meaningfully and confidently in your module.

The AHSS Inclusive Module Template includes a guide to using the template, which offers tips for fostering a supportive, accessible, and respectful learning environment through the language you use and the way you structure your module outline.

The module outline template has four core principles: Transparency, Flexibility, Inclusive Language, and Accessibility. It is designed to benefit both staff and students in AHSS.
