We are pleased to invite you to the inaugural lecture of our Agenda Setting Lecture Series, taking place on Tuesday, 3 March, from 17:00 to 19:00, Theatre 1, Irish World Academy of Music and Dance (North Campus).
This lecture series will bring together scholars and practitioners to explore timely questions shaping current debates, offering fresh perspectives and space for thoughtful discussion. Prof. Mirjam Hauck, Professor in Critical Digital Pedagogies in the School of Languages and Applied Linguistics at the Open University, Milton Keynes, will deliver an insightful and thought-provoking lecture titled: “AI Literacy for Social Justice and Inclusion — Why does it matter?”. Prof. Hauck’s lecture will focus on her influential research on AI and the development of critical AI literacy skills through a social justice and inclusion lens.
