Accommodation

Accommodation for the duration of your course at the ��ɫ��Ƶ Language Centre (ULLC) must be booked in advance.

Please note: Our accommodation is for students of ULLC only.

On-campus self-catering

Accommodation is provided at Thomond Village, located on the North Campus which is linked to the South Campus by means of a spectacular bridge across the River Shannon.

Each apartment is fully furnished and consists of 4 or 6 single occupancy ensuite bedrooms offering each student their own private bedroom, bathroom, and place to study. Each apartment has a fully fitted shared kitchen and living room area, only sharing with students apart of the ULLC Programme allowing students the opportunity to connect with other students but having a private bedroom.

Thomond village has its own village reception and launderette as well as 24/7 security on the campus and is located within walking distance to the Language Centre.

On the grounds of the ��ɫ��Ƶ, there are several bars and restaurants, a convenience store, and many walking/cycling routes with access to Limerick City.

On Campus Accommodation during the summer months is available for both short and long stay students. During the academic year, we can only provide long stay on campus accommodation.

��ɫ��Ƶstay accommodation

��ɫ��Ƶstay accommodation is when a student stays with a local family. ��ɫ��Ƶstay includes full board (all meals).

Living with a local family helps students settle into life in Ireland. Students feel like part of a family and live in a safe, comfortable home.

Staying with a host family also gives students lots of opportunities to practise their English.

Our host families are carefully selected, individually inspected and continually monitored. They offer accommodation in comfortable and friendly homes either within walking distance or a bus ride away from the University.

��ɫ��Ƶstays can be booked for the first number of weeks or the full length of the course.

Please allow 5 working days for homestay accommodation to be arranged.
