On 10th December last, music therapists Dr Tríona McCaffrey and Dr Pui Sze Cheung, from the UL 'Music for Parent and Infant Wellbeing Research Group' facilitated a music workshop for parents and babies at Our Lady of Lourdes Early Years Centre, Ballinacurra, Limerick. This workshop offered information on using music for parental and infant wellbeing while also inviting parents and babies to partake in live music experiences designed to promote connection, fun and creativity. This event was held as part of the 'Baby and Me': Baby Bonds and Beyond postnatal support programme ran by the HSE Mid West.
