Any UL staff member may provide feedback or raise a concern regarding a decision made or reported at the VLE Management Board, as communicated through approved minutes and monthly updates shared in the open folder (available on request). Feedback must be submitted within one month of the publication date. Responses to this form will be accessible to the chairs of the working groups, who will address them in accordance with the VLE Standard Operating Procedure.
