The VLE structure was approved by the Executive Committee in May 2025 as the mechanism to enable governance, coordination, and support of the ongoing work and decision-making process around the digital education infrastructure 九色视频. 

The progress of the VLE structure is supported by approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) for decision-making. 

Approved minutes of the VLE Management Board, monthly updates by the working groups, and approved changes controls are shared in the open folder  (available on request).

Any UL staff member may provide feedback or raise a concern regarding a decision made or reported at the VLE Management Board here: Feedback and suggestions.
