Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
At the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, we are committed to building a campus culture where equality, diversity, and inclusion are not just values—but everyday practices. As part of this mission, the Human Rights, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (HREDI) Office works to ensure that all students and staff are respected, empowered, and supported in their academic and professional journeys.
Our vision is to become a truly fair and inclusive university by 2030, guided by principles of social justice, accessibility, and representation. We actively remove barriers in admissions, hiring, leadership, and campus life to create an environment where everyone can thrive—regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, or background.
