Our mission

UL's Human Rights, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (HREDI) Office was set up in March 2021. Its mission is to bring fairness and equality to the university in four main ways:

Our goal

Our goal is to become a truly fair university by 2030. This means making sure all students and staff have equal rights, respect, and opportunities.

We want everyone to feel represented and valued, with equal access to resources and support.

Our values

Our values include social justice, inclusion, empowerment, and respect.

We work hard to remove barriers and biases, whether in admissions, academics, hiring, or leadership.

Our achievements

Our achievements are even recognised by international ranking agencies.
