Speak Out report
¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ's Speak Out report highlights data from a tool designed to help students, staff, and visitors report harassment, discrimination, and violence.
In its first year, 37 reports were logged, with most incidents involving students and centered on bullying, harassment, and sexual assault.
The report underscores the need for increased visibility of reporting options, expanded bystander intervention training, and a commitment to a safer campus environment.
Gender Pay Gap Report
¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ's annual gender pay gap report is published on the President's website.
Actions to address these gaps include advancing female representation at senior levels and embedding gender equality, as outlined in the Athena Swan framework.
Student progress reports
Gender imbalance in undergraduate, postgraduate (taught and research) programmes and graduate outcomes are tracked and monitored as part of the Athena Swan process.
