The Student Engagement and Support Officers run an informal outreach initiative- Coffee & Chats: Wellbeing Cafe for all our new and returning students.
The Wellbeing Cafe is more than just a break; it is a gentle invitation to:
- Slow down, be present, and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Engage in a series of activities.
- Connect with your peers.
- Meet your Student Engagement and Support Officers
- Meet your Chaplains and Pastoral Care Team
- Promote Teach F谩ilte as a safe and welcoming space
These events are open to all students and are designed to help you feel more balanced, connected, and supported. Whether you are looking to unwind, reflect, or simply enjoy the company of others, this space is designed to nurture your wellbeing. No pressure, just warm drinks, open hearts, and mindful moments in a calm and welcoming environment where the simple act of sharing a coffee becomes a moment of mindfulness.
Your well-being matters. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
