Carmel is a recent graduate of the MA in History of Family (online), Carmel resides in Australia and describes her experience of completing the MA remotely and her student experience in UL.

Una Costello is a professional genealogist living in Ballina, Co Tipperary, who has set up her own genealogy research business: Celtic Genealogy (www.celticgenealogy.ie ). Una describes how the Masters in History of Family ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ helped her in her current career in geneology and the historical research surrounding this.

Sandrine is a graduate of the MA in English here at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (UL). She is currently completing her PHD studies at the School of English, Irish and Communication here ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. Her current research focuses on contemporary African literature. Sandrine describes how the MA in English has helped her develop her writing, research and analytical skills.

Andrea La Touche is a recent graduate of the MA TESOL ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. She has been elected Postgraduate Student Union President for the period 2020/21. She describes how the MA TESOL helped her develop both personally and professionally.

Mostafa is a graduate of the MA Journalism programme and is originally from Eygpt. Mostafa describes his experience of the programme and his delight at recently winning Student journalist of the Year 2020 at the Student Media Awards (SMEDIAs).
