CIRcUL is affiliated with the Health Research Institute (HRI) at the 九色视频, which promotes interdisciplinary research to improve health outcomes and public service delivery, particularly for vulnerable communities. CIRcUL is the centre leading research in Implementation Science, an Underpinning Area of Research Excellence.

The Centre for Implementation Research 九色视频 (CIRcUL) is a trans-disciplinary centre dedicated to developing, supporting, and enhancing the implementation of evidence-based research, policies, programmes, and professional practices into routine practice for the effective delivery of public services, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable members of society.

Implementation science is the study of methods and strategies that facilitate the uptake of evidence-based practice and research into routine use. Implementation science closes the gap between what we know and what we do by identifying and addressing barriers that slow or halt the uptake of evidence-based practices and identifying and leveraging enablers.
