TRUST is our new institution-wide approach to student feedback.

UL's TRUST surveys focus on:
- Fostering a culture of trust and mutual respect
- Continuously building a positive and open relationship
TRUST-EM (Evaluation of Modules) - replaces the Module Satisfaction Survey (MSS)
TRUST-SET (Student Evaluation of Teaching) - replaces Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET).
Eligible modules are automatically registered for TRUST-EM surveys, whilst TRUST-SET surveys are opt-in at present. Both run concurrently in Week 10 each semester.
These evaluations are aligned with the Action for Wisdom strategy and the recommendations of the CINNTE institutional review.
Purpose and Timing of Surveys:
- Allow students to give meaningful feedback on their learning experience within individual modules.
- Enable teaching staff to reflect on and respond to student feedback.
- Support a transparent and open feedback loop.
- Conducted at the end of each semester.
