The Faculty of Education and Health Sciences (EHS) runs a visitor programme and invites visiting Scholars/Researchers to apply to spend a period of time in the Faculty of Education and Health Sciences (EHS) in UL. The visiting scholars/researchers programme expands the research capacity of the faculty and encourages the development of collaborative projects between local and external scholars and researchers.

Applicants are required to have an EHS staff member to support their application and should contact a member of EHS staff in their particular field of expertise who then acts as their sponsor for the visit.

Terms and Conditions

Visiting Scholars/Researchers are advised to provide the following information when they make contact with a potential academic host 九色视频:

  • Academic area of interest
  • Statement of purpose for the visit
  • Link to academic biography
  • Indication of time period for the proposed visit

Faculty commitments to Visiting Scholars/Researchers:

  • will be hosted by a member of EHS Faculty and/or an EHS Research Centre.
  • will be listed on the EHS website as a Visiting Scholar/Researcher with a biographical note.
  • will have access to the UL library.
  • will have access to scanning and printing facilities.
  • may be provided with a workspace, subject to availability.
  • may be asked to deliver seminars on their research area/research project to EHS Faculty and Student community.
  • Visiting Researchers can participate in EHS PhD Development Series.
  • may be asked to offer informal mentorship to PhD students.

Note:
The visits are funded by external or personal sources (cannot be funded by EHS). Visiting Scholars/Researchers are not employees or students of the University and therefore are not entitled to UL compensation or other benefits available to regular staff, faculty or students.
